Strong Spirit is a handmade intention necklace created as a symbol of resilience and inner foundation.  
 
I made the first one during a difficult season of my life, when my son was 3 years old.  Each day, looking in the mirror, I reminded myself that no matter how much pressure I was under, I would not break.  That my foundation was strong.  That everything I needed lived within me.  
 
The triangle became my symbol.  A shape that holds strength through balance and structure.  
 
I still wear mine daily, fifteen years later (and so does my son who is now 19).
 
Eash Strong Spirit necklace is handmade and finished with a small clasp intentionally left raw.  The texture is purposeful.  It represents resilience shaped by life, not perfection.  Every piece includes a handwritten affirmation, written in the voice of the wearer, so it reads as your own reminder.  
 
This piece holds my story.  It is meant to hold yours.
